Our school was established in August of the 51st year of the Republic of China (ROC). Initially, it was called Anshun Elementary School, Heshun Branch. In August of the 52nd year of the ROC, it was granted independence and renamed as Heshun Elementary School in Annan District, Tainan City. In August of the 58th year of the ROC, it was officially renamed as Heshun Elementary School in Annan District, Tainan City.

2. Heshun is a paradise for reading, utilizing diverse activities and refined courses to enhance students' reading comprehension abilities, aiming to become a leading school in reading nationwide.

3. Heshun is a bilingual learning environment that introduces foreign teachers to conduct bilingual instruction, enhancing students' international perspectives and English language skills, and strengthening their future competitiveness.

4. Heshun is a virtual classroom, cultivating teachers' professional competence in integrating information technology into instruction. Students step out of the classroom for experiential learning, becoming adept at utilizing information for learning purposes.
